Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Shipping Clerk for a large company in Rancho Bernardo. This position is responsible for accurately processing and shipping customer orders while supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

6+month assignment

Pay $22 per hour

Must be able to pass a background/drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Verify orders for accuracy before shipment.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping.
• Pull and stage materials for outgoing shipments.
• Process shipments and maintain shipping documentation.
• Operate the UPS Manifest System, including end-of-day closeout procedures.
• Utilize the CIS ERP system to access shipment and order information.
• Assist with warehouse, receiving, and inventory-related activities.
• Maintain production standards and quality control.
• Manage the postcard process from start to finish.
• Support daily facility operations and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
